Our fees vary depending on the service required.

There is never a fee charged to the individual, only the recruiting organisation.

We aim to make any negotiation simple, fast and without formality - it's not our style to complicate life or business.

In Summary:

​

• Ad-hoc placement of a candidate = 1 month salary of the hired person - No hire no fee.

• Retained search for a specific role = 2 months salary of the benchmark base salary of the role. Fixed fee. Payable in 3 equal stages - 1 on assignment, 2 on our presentation of a shortlist which is approved by you (not us), and 3 on the day your new hire starts with you. A hire is guaranteed.

• Outsourced in-house recruitment = £3,000 / €3,400 / US$4,100 per month + 1% of salaries hired. (Exchange rate fluctuations apply).

These figures are simplified but our T&Cs are straightforward and reflect the above, with only limited additional conditions, none of which you would consider unusual or unreasonable.
