OUR STORY
How PPF International began
PPF International was founded in 2002 by Andrew Pickard, a senior executive with an extensive career spanning blue-chip organisations including HSBC, American Express, Citigroup, and HFC Bank. Having held roles such as Director of Credit and Risk, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Andrew understood firsthand what truly drives business success.
Frustrated by a recruitment industry often more focused on fees than on people, Andrew built PPF on a different foundation, a deliberate, people-first philosophy that permeates everything the business does to this day.
Now led by Kelly Pickard as Lead Managing Director, PPF International continues to build on that founding principle. The next generation of leadership brings fresh energy while staying true to the values that have made PPF trusted at the very highest levels of global business.
