How do you ensure confidentiality?
Confidentiality is central to how we operate. We never disclose a client's identity without permission, and all candidate outreach is handled with complete discretion. We are fully GDPR compliant and ICO registered.
How long does a typical executive search take?
Most senior-level assignments are completed within 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the availability of candidates. We keep you updated throughout and never rush a process at the expense of quality. This timeframe is not guarenteed and is subject to the complexity of the role and the length of the hiring process.
Do you work on a retained or contingency basis?
PPF International typically operates on a retained basis, as this enables a dedicated, focused approach and supports a broader, more effective search network. However, we remain open to discussion and are happy to consider alternative arrangements where appropriate.
